His distinct and unique character gave Porto a World Heritage classification. Aligned with the river Douro, rich in contrasts and well-preserved treasures, the ancient city of the Port of immeasurable beauty. After a walking tour of the heart of the town, enjoy a tasty lunch. The tour will end with a relaxing cruise of the Six Bridges.

Day 3 - Medieval Gems: Braga & Guimaraes
Join a small group excursion to Minho, visiting Braga and Guimarães, where medieval vibes transport you through old streets and iconic monuments like castles and palaces. Braga, once a Roman city, witnessed a tumultuous history before becoming a Christian center. Its Se, the oldest in Portugal, holds great historical significance. Guimarães, a UNESCO World Heritage city, played a pivotal role in the founding of Portugal by D. Afonso Henriques, boasting medieval and sixteenth-century architecture.

Day 4 - Douro Valley
Meet your private driver-guide and explore the fantastic Douro Region, a traditional place born in the culture of wine production. Visit one of the most famous Wine estates and taste its delicious Port Wines. Embark on this adventure through the Douro Valley and enjoy the majestic vineyards around you, loaded with grapes. You will enjoy a typical lunch in a local restaurant.

Day 5 - Coimbra
Meet your driver and motor to Coimbra, one of the most charming cities in this country. Here you will join a tour to explore the city. Coimbra, with its rich history, was once the residence of Count Dom Henrique and Dona Teresa, parents of Portugal's first king, Dom Afonso Henriques. This city witnessed the forbidden love of Dom Pedro I and Dona Inês, a poignant story that still influences its heritage. Coimbra was the medieval capital of Portugal, but it was during the Renaissance that it became a hub of knowledge when Dom João III moved the University here permanently. In later centuries, the city saw the influence of the Jesuits and royal work by Dom João V and Dom José I, shaping its monuments and education.

Day 6 - Tomar & Obidos
Meet your driver and transfer from Coimbra to Lisbon.
You will have an en-route stop in Tomar and Obidos. Tomar is one of central Portugal’s most cute small towns, with an adorable historical center and a pretty riverside park full of swans, herons, and ducks. What makes Tomar truly extraordinary is Unesco World Heritage-listed Convento de Cristo. Founded 850 years ago, this venerated headquarter of the mythical Knights Templar is a mix of Gothic and Manueline. Immersed in splendor and mystery, the Knights Templar maintained massive power in Portugal from the 12th to 16th centuries and vastly funded the Age of Discoveries.
The medieval town of Óbidos is one of the most picturesque and well-preserved in Portugal. Quite close to the capital and located on high ground near the Atlantic coast, Óbidos has had strategic importance in the territory. It had already been settled before the Romans arrived on the Iberian Peninsula, and the town prospered after being chosen by the royal family. King Dinis offered it to his wife, Queen Isabel, in the 13th century. Being the favorite site of the Queen, she built an incredible number of churches in this small place. Overnight in Lisbon.
